What counts as a chat?
A chat is a single conversation thread. Each message you send inside that thread is a turn — turns within a chat don't count toward the per-day limit on the Free plan, only the number of distinct conversations does.
What can I do with a Wootality API key?
Pro and above can mint personal wk_live_… API keys from Settings → API Keys to drive Wootality from a script, dashboard, webhook, or CI job. Keys are shown once on creation, stored hashed, and can be revoked any time from the same page.
Can I set a monthly spending cap?
Yes — Pro and above. Configure a hard-stop or threshold alerts at any percentage of your included allowance from Settings → Usage. Business adds per-seat caps so a single user can't burn the whole team's budget.
Do you have an SLA?
Business includes a 99.9% uptime SLA. Enterprise SLAs are custom and typically include incident response time commitments alongside availability. See the status page for live availability and incident history.
How do you handle our data?
Workspace tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Your conversations and knowledge base are isolated per account with row-level access controls in Postgres. We don't train on your data.
How does SSO work?

Business includes Google Workspace SSO — configure your hosted domain at Settings → SSO to enforce sign-in restrictions and share a team sign-in link.

Enterprise additionally includes SAML and OIDC with SP metadata plus SCIM v2 provisioning, configured at Settings → SSO → Enterprise.

Can I export my audit log?
Yes — Business and above. Download JSON or CSV from Settings → Activity, or fetch programmatically via GET /api/activity/export?format=json|csv.
Can I get a startup discount?
Yes — early-stage teams (under 10 people, less than $5M raised) get 50% off Business for the first year. Email hello@wootality.com with a quick intro.
